Chinese Medicine
Traditional Chinese medicine evolved over several thousands of years. Unlike acupuncture, acupressure is the applying of physical pressure to an area of the body without using needles. They also focus highly on healing through spiritual energy, believing it has an ability to cleanse the body and the mind and purge a person of their illness. Brown rice is used as a medicinal food but tends to go rancid faster than other varieties of rice.
